# TaskKind support

## Reporting a problem
Describe what happened and include the app version, phone model and Android version. In TaskKind, Settings → Report a problem lets you review a report before copying or sharing it. Diagnostics are optional; review them and avoid sharing private task content unintentionally.

## Task storage
Tasks stay in app storage on the device. Code Terra does not operate a cloud task-sync server. Analytics and crash reporting are optional and controlled separately.

## Backups and uninstall
Export a portable backup before uninstalling, deleting app data or changing phones. A private local backup can be deleted with app data and does not guarantee recovery after uninstall.

## Reminder delivery
Check reminder timing and Android notification/alarm permissions. Place alerts also require the location access explained in the app. If an issue continues, send the reproduction steps to the support contact above.
