Common questions
Where are my tasks stored?
Tasks stay in your app's storage on your device. We do not operate a task-sync server. Optional analytics and crash reports are controlled separately in Settings → Privacy.
Before uninstalling or changing phones
Export a portable backup file and keep it somewhere you control. A private local backup can be deleted when Android removes app data. Saving a local backup alone does not guarantee recovery after uninstall.
A reminder did not appear
Check the reminder's time and notification settings, then Android's notification and alarm permissions. Place alerts also need the location access explained in the app. Contact us with the steps if the issue continues.
